Wayne and his wife, Marta, share a passion for helping underprivileged children with educational opportunities both locally and around the globe. They are currently funding the construction of several Christian schools in the highlands of Papua, India and Bangladesh. They also support an orphanage in Medan, Indonesia which is home to hundreds of children, many who have lost their families as a result of a devastating tsunami. They have spent time at the orphanage in Medan, the highlands of Papua, and in India getting to know the Christian teachers they support and the communities they are helping to transform. When not focused on their charitable goals, Wayne and Marta enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, hiking the beautiful Columbia Gorge and gardening.
